Night golf! It's a blast!
First of all, it is true he's like golf balls are nowhere near what you would expect from everything a golf ball. They are very hard and do not jump off the clubface. They remind me of golf balls from 10 to 20 years ago. Having said all of that they are a blast to play with.I purchased this three pack a couple months ago but never had a chance to use them until last night. About nine of us went out after our Tuesday night league to play some night golf. We had a great time. We plan to buy several more and make it a part of our after Tuesday night golf activities from now on. We also plan to get some glow necklaces to put on the flags. When hit with a driver, they go almost as far as a regular golf ball. We test hit them against a Titleist NXTand a Srixon z star. They went almost the identical distance. However we discovered with hybrids, irons and wedges they do not go nearly as far. We estimated them to be about 20% less distance than a regular golf ball. As stated above, they are very, very hard. But who cares? It's nightgolf! It's cool watching a glowing ball fly through the air. It looks like the shot tracker camera shots from TV.I discovered that one of the golf balls was defective. It lit up sporadically and finally failed and we lost it. I emailed the company today through their website and the responded back immediately said that they would send me a replacement golf ball.

Lights out...
...and that is not good for light-up golf balls. I played night golf this past weekend with these balls, and I had 2 out of the 3 balls turn-off after hits. Luckily, I found both of them, only because they were in the fairway. One turned back on, and the other did not. The one that turned back on, turned off after each hit, so I had to put it away for the night. Both balls started malfunctioning after only a few hits. Between the third ball, and the ball the course gives you, I was able to finish the round. My playing partner, playing with the same balls, had 1 out of the 3 balls go out after hitting it. It also looks like other players had similar issues, so I would not recommend these balls.

works great. terrible distance
dont expect to drive as far as you normally would. compression is not very good. However, it served the purpose and novelty when playing late in the day. Lights up every time we hit them.

Lights up VERY nicely, but...
Yes, they light up VERY nicely... BUT, they don't feel right when they strike the club. They hit like a brick and don't seem to give at all upon impact. But what else would you expect from a ball with LEDs inside it?All in all, they are what they claim to be and VERY effective in low light or if you play "glow ball" tourneys. I HIGHLY recommend them for these types of events, but they're unforgiving otherwise. Very cool though!** UPDATE **I finally got a chance to really play with these last night. They're terrible. You might as well tie a light-stick to a rock and hit that. After hitting with my driver I thought it would break my club head. My friend actually broke her 3-wood head right off the shaft. Yeah, it was an older club, but the point stands.I hit my next drive with my hybrid 2-iron instead. I hit very solid. Too solid. In fact, I shattered the ball. Let me make that clear to you. I didn't crack the ball. I didn't break the ball. I SHATTERED the ball... destroyed it. It went *POOF*, gone! So I pulled out another and hit that one. It made it through the hole without dying, but I doubt it will be able to make it through even a 9-hole round. No compression whatsoever. If you can drive 250+ yards, expect to lose 75-100 yards per drive. Same goes for irons. Whatever you'd normally hit for the distance, move up a club or two and hope to get there. The ball's dynamics are pure crap. There is no balance in the ball whatsoever. If you get spin on the ball, you can actually watch it corkscrew through the air.** FINAL ASSESSMENT **As I said earlier, these balls do what they claim to do. They light up VERY nicely. It's very bright and visible. But to call it a golf ball is a bit of a stretch. It has the look and feel of a golf ball, but the comparison ends at club contact. You're just as well off pulling the ball off your trailer hitch and hitting that instead.Seriously overpriced for a 3-pack of balls that just light up considering that you probably won't get a full round of golf out of an entire sleeve of balls. Great novelty item, but that's about it.On a scale of MEH to DAYUM, I give these balls a resounding MEH.

Night Sport USA Light Up Golf Balls that work!
Night Golfing is an event that we decided to take up with our kids. The Night Sports USA Light Up Golf Balls were great for golfing just as the sun went down and into the evening. The colors glow bright and they hold their glow well. We haven't lost one yet because they are easy to spot in the dark.We have not used any other kind of light up golf balls, therefore I don't have any other light up golf balls to compare them too. I can, however, compare them to the golf balls we usually use. When we golf during the day light, we choose to use Nike max or Titlist.I highly recommend the Night Sport USA Light Up Golf Balls to anyone who is interested in playing night golf. It is a fun way to add a little more golf to your day. We were able to use them all of last summer, which included golfing almost every weekend. We haven't had one burn out on us yet. We are looking forward to the season change so we can get back on the golf course with our Night Sports USA Light Up Golf Balls.

Stand behind your product!!!
Really wanted to give these a good rating. They are some of the brightest balls available - these things are impossible to miss. That said, 2 of the 3 balls didn’t last 4 holes with our group and when I tried to return because defective it said returns were not excepted. What about standing behind your product Night Sports USA?!?

Great product and great customer service
The balls are a lot of fun to play with. They might not fly as well as traditional golf balls but the light functionality definitely exceeded my expectation. One thing worth noting: although the picture shows multiple colors, the balls were all white. I sent them an email asking where I can get their red balls and they were friendly and quick to reply.
