Friends, with this splitter cable I can use it without any problem to serve me on my motherboard with 2 8-pin connectors.

Depends on the power requirements of your CPU(s) and the output of your PSU. This cable is designed to be used with an older EPS12V PSU that only has one 4+4pin connector in conjunction with a motherboard with two 4+4pin connectors for the CPU(s) power.

You need to calculate what the max power requirements for your CPU(s) will be and ensure that your PSU is capable of delivering. If the PSU can't provide the required power you'll have system crashes.

BTW, I used this cable with an older server PSU and a newer server motherboard.

Question 2

Does this work on 2x4 12v power connectors and 2x12 power connectors? i currently have z590 aorus ultra that has two power connectors to it.

Is there a PSU that is recommended for your board? I'm using this on a dual socket hackintosh with an SFF PSU (single 8 pin out) and it seems to do the trick for the needed dual 8 on my board. Depending on your boards requirements, I would check out a PSU that has the dual eight out first, as my Ivy Bridge Xeons/GPU  are not really placing that much stress on my little Corsair PSU.

Question 3

Could it be used with "4-pin only" atx motherboard?  and, if so, can i then connect a 6-pin pci-e adapter to the splitter?

You can just use the "4 pin" of the 8 for the motherboard. However the PCI-e has a different pin setup than the CPU power. I know it's only 1 pin that that's different and it may not be one used by the 4 pin, but it creates a short that will often kill the board if it's used. I'd check a wiring diagram for the pins before attempting that.
