Terad3 Blox Kills Rats and Mice

haven't seen any evidence of mice after the first week of using in our sap shed

My lazy cat caught his 1st mouse in 10 years. I am sure the mouse stumbled out of the bait station, sick from the terad. It's the only way that cat could have caught anything.To protect my worthless bag of fur and others in the neighborhood from an expensive vet bill, I use this bait.

This product is AMAZING!!! I found out about it while reading the USDA's approved rodenticides for certified organic farms. I refuse to use poisons because it could kill my dogs or chickens if they snacked on a dead carcass of a rodent and the effect on the ecosystem from secondary poisoning, so I decided to give this a try. It really does kill rats and mice in 4-9 days and is safe! I also read the study Bell Laboratories did on the product, it is quite impressive how effective and safe it is. There is no aversion to this product like other poisons I will always have this on hand as I live near water and my sheds have been invaded by Norway Rats.

I love it because it is environmentally safe product.What a way to kill off rats, organically..lol This is my second bucket. I used the first one in the fall and throughout the winter, sporadically in the holes and in bait traps. It always disappeared. I am afraid that I was not consistent enough and let the pups grow. After all the gestation period is 21 to 30 days and it takes a little over 65 days to reach reproduction stage. Because of this you really have to be consistent in using the product. It is spring now and if the rats have alternative sources of food, I may have to wait until next winter to completely eradicate them. But I learned.

I put out a lot of bait stations and saw very little activity if any, but yesterday, a week and a half after baiting, I discovered four dead rats. I don't know if they're all gone, but it looks promising.

I purchased this item as it indicated it was safe for pets. However, my dog was able to get into the trap and ate some blocks. He developed hypercalcemia which was linked to D3 toxicity. The toxicity was due to these "pet safe" blocks. $6500 later we believe he is on the road to recovery. PLEASE be aware of this potentially lethal risk.

This product works. I raise chickens which attracts the occasional rat. I slather the Terad3 blocks with peanut butter or bacon grease. The rats eat it and they disappear. Update: this product continues to work well. It does not work instantly, but will rats and mice will die after a couple of days. Love that it is safer for birds and mammals (such as foxes).

I have used this product in the past in a bait box, rodents like to crawl in and nibble at it. Seems to work. It’s the product that pro pest control agencies use.
