Where to begin. Simple. This is not novelty or nostalgia it is overpriced, made in China cheap plastic crap at a severely gouging price. The arms are wires folks and the body is cheap plastic. Mine arrived and I slapped fresh batteries in and his arms didn’t even move to clap the cymbals. It was a blessing in disguise because it confirmed it was an impulse buy which I promptly returned.

Excellent I bought it twice and no disappointments naturally because of the thick hat it's hard to hit the button just right to make his eyes bulging and make him squeak.

My kid wanted one of these for Xmas so bad. The first one i ordered came and didnt work properly right off the bat. So i ordered a replacement. That one worked for a few days then got super slow and only worked half the time, even with fresh batteries. And for $60 dollars!? This company should be ashamed of themselves. Dont waste your money.

Love it, this may be even more annoying than the original version! We purchased this a a gift for our son. Somehow he remembers the original version that his grandfather had, The original versions go for hundreds of dollars, so this was an affordable option, he loves it. This is a very close copy, maybe except for the clothes.

It was packaged well and we received it in great condition. It was a gift for a 2 yr old and she LOVES it. I thought it would be flimsy but it is actually built pretty well.
