Godiva Molten Lava Cakes 20.8 oz

I have made my own chocolate lava cakes from scratch using dark chocolate and spending an hour freezing a good ganache and let me tell you these are almost as good with a fraction of the time needed. Pop open the packet, melt some butter, microwave, egg, microwave, and pop in the oven. Takes about 15-20 minutes to make total and its a great dessert to impress guests or pig out at night with some ice cream.If you're wondering about it, just get it.

These are a little spendy, but not in comparison to what you’re charged in a restaurant. They are delicious, very easy to make, and even come with the pans to cook them in. This is a must have if you like lava cakes.

I love this chocolate cake and it's a perfect small amount for 2 people. Our store quit selling it so now I have to order it online, which is about double the price, that sucks.

I never went if much for Godiva chocolates..too pricey. Perfer Swiss anyway...HOWEVER...THIS molten cake is superb! Super super easy to make. you can make them while your guests chat and digest. I make mine in my coutertop convection toaster-oven. No need to heat up a ginormus oven. You just need a little butter, one eg g per 2 cakes and a wire wisk. Presto bang-O! Hot molten love. Just be sure to follow the instructions EXACTLY. I just ordered another huge box. Oh and it comes with the little tin baking cups. Each packet of mix inside the box makes 2 cakes. So you dont have to 'open" an enitre box of mix and have it sitting around. To be clear, there are multiple small packets in the box, 2 cakes per packet. Enjoy!

This cake has delicious flavor, tastes like a "from scratch" recipe. For the cake to have the lava inside, it has to be taken out of the oven at the right time. That said, I cooked it all the way through and it was more like a very moist cake, english "pudding".

Delicious, easy to prepare. Good price.

But these for my dad's birthday made him for the whole party it was great.
