Unable to give a full review on these as they were purchased for my mum to use when she came out of hospital but sadly her condition deteriorated and she wasn’t able to come home. From what I can tell through the packaging they looked perfectly suitable for their intended use and do not feel at all rigid or stiff so I imagine they would be comfortable to wear and are designed to wear with a pad or over an adult nappy.

As you might be aware, there is more than one type of user of this product.I don't wet them when I wear them and I'm not a lady but a man who likes wearing woman's things that feel nice next to my skin.These knickers feel lovely next to my skin. The texture is spot on.I am pleased with the generosity of size; nice and big and baggy and high waisted so they gobble me up as I get into them.What else is better than I expected is they don't give you the uncomfortable feelings of 'wearing a sauna or a hot air balloon around your waist.'

These pants are good for light incontinence but in my opinion aren't suitable for heavy incontinence. My mum's wore them one evening and it not only affected her pants but the bedding as well.

The pants were okay but costly for one pair. Bought a pack of 3 elsewhere which were at least as good quality and less than half the price a pair of these.

These were great, so reliable when sleeping, no leaking, have washed so many times, still like new. Would highly recommend.

This product was great for my grandmother who has a little trouble not peeing. This ensured that when she did urinate that it would not go any further than the underwear. She loves them and uses them everyday now. ( we bought her 4 pairs!)

My mum found these very comfortable pants did what it was supposed to do.
