The lights may be just fine but they did not include an electrical box the install them. And that was not listed as an option or addition. Of course, I can't return them because I opened the box which it states once opened is unreturnable.

These things are awesome. Put 3 of them on 3-way switches on my new maple stairs. I see some people had an issue getting them flush against the wall. I had an issue with that and here's my scenario and solution: I was using "old work" or "remodel" single gang boxes. These boxes always have little tabs that must be on the outside of the wall. These are what caused my lights to protrude ever so slightly. My solution was to imbed the box tabs into the drywall by cutting out a little drywall only where the tabs were. This allows the box to sit inside the wall. The metal plate, which comes with the lights, now sits exactly flush with the wall and therefore the light is flush. See picture.One of my 3-way switches is a dimmer, Lutron model AYCL-153P-LA. On the very low dim range I get a little variability in the light. The dim seems to wander a little. Not quite a flicker. Not sure if that's a product of the dimmer or the lights, but it's very minor. There is no audible sound from the lights.Love them!

I used them in a poured retaining wall/front patio application, they look fantastic and were easy to install and wire. I chose to mount them and then brick in next to them for a completely flush aethetic instead of having them out over the brick, the finish stood up very well to grouting and cleaning without a scratch. The cover mounts with four pressure clips which were frustrating at first, then I realized I could easily bend the receiver plate that the cover plate mounts to and the clips snapped in quickly and securely. Great product so far, they've been in use in the unfortunate pouring rain for about 6 weeks now and no issues at all.

I replaced six lights on my outside posts with these. They look very clean and have more than ample light. Installation was not an issue, very straight forward if you’re familiar with these types of lights.

I installed 4 of these in my theater for floor lights. They work great and perfect brightness really adds to the look with the rest of the lights in our theater. I built the theater myself in my basement and I call myself a moderately good weekend warrior, LOL not a pro but I read and study etc. So to me these lights where simple to replace the old incandescent lights I had that sucked, these LED's are perfect. The pictures I took where for the LED accent lights so just look on the bottom of the walls you'll see where I applied these.

Really easy to install, solid product made from quality materials. It was nicer than I had anticipated. The lights work perfectly with a dimmer. . .no flashing or flickering and the warm tone of the LED is perfect. Very happy and will use on future projects.

Look great going down the stairs.. Great lighting. Stylish

This product is such a great deal. They are built solid. Work great. Once you see them, you would have expected to pay 10 times the price.
