No authentic certificate but sounds good,
Sounds good than my son's previous violin.(china made beginner violin, $250 value), The looks good(soft? mellow? dark?). The spruce top seems to be far more thinner than previous my son's one and sounds soft and more loud. The chin rest is better than previous one and my son feels the vibration of sound with his chin and chest. He plays more frequetly than ever.I bought this violin from "AAA musical instrument". The seller is good and they kindly replied me regarding various questions. Unfortunately the seller didin't included any certificate or manufacture's infromation or serial number accompanied with violin. I found a written Gliga Vasile sticker in inside of violin, but no diseignation of Gliga Vasile Gama I.It is funny that in the sounds good, thin spruce and beautiful and value of thousand-dollar violin, there is no product information or no manufecture's information. In Romania manufacturer's site [...] and US retailer site [...] there are a lot of kinds of Gama violin, they seems to provide suthetification certificate but no specification. In the case of the included pernambuco bow, no evidence that it is pernambuco bow. However the bow is better than previos my son's bow and less slippery. If I buy this violin again I will buy from regular retailer even I pay much more.
