I would say yes. Its very roomy it fits my iphone 8 plus and extras like cards, cash, and a lipstick.

There is a soft, fine-toothed zipper atop the clear pocket. Finer than the other zippers on the bag, so there's less chance of scratching a phone. You can secure your phone by zipping it or leave it unzipped to reach in readily. Fits my S21 Ultra.

Will it be allowed in a stadium, as a purse for a conert?

This would NOT work in the university stadium in the town where I live. It follows the NFL policy that states: "Small clutch bags, which cannot exceed 4.5" x 6.5" in size, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags" that are otherwise allowed (that is a 12'x 6'x12" clear plastic bag).
