wow, awesome
Easy to setup. Letters are nice and big and comfortable to read. I especially like (using Wearheart from Gplay store) the blood pressure, pulse rate, HRV tests (using PPG, Ecg). Watch has all what I have been looking for in a fitness smart watch. There were no instructions on how to adjust the band but I finally figured that out. I installed the black plastic band and I like the looks. My primary reason for buying this smart fitness watch is for PPG, Ecg monitoring of my blood pressure, pulse rate, HRV (heart rate variability). There has been a lot of studies done on HRV and to me, at least, HRV is the most important indicator of my cardiovascular health. This product shines there. The only downside (and I can live with it) is that there is no way of increasing the clock on time display to show for a longer period of time. But again, this does NOT take anything away from this device. This device got shipped to me from China and arrived in time as any other items I bought from China.Update since the time I first bought it: this watch is the best I have used .To add- I also use the wake up alarm and the hourly water reminder. I also have that expensive Asus Vivo BP watch which pales in comparison to this N58 which fits all my needs for a smart health watch. The new firmware update seems to have smoothening things out also on this N58 watch.Heart rate and blood pressure are accurate keeping in mind that one follows instructions on how to properly use this device (sit still, watch over the heart, don't talk or move, no food before hand, relax a couple of minutes before taking blood pressure). Best time to take BP is upon awakening as this is your basal BP measurement. Any other time will cause bp to go up (movement, watching news, stress, coffee, food, coversing). BP going up and down throughout the day is normal and taking bp at other times will not give you your true resting BP.

Don't waste your money.
I was very excited when I decided to buy this watch. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. The ability to tell time is about the only thing this watch actually does accurately. The heart rate monitor is never accurate (off by 40+ sometimes) and takes about 20 seconds to update to your current heart rate. The ECG doesnt read properly and always tells you its hasnt detected any abnormalities. The battery lasts about 3 days with basic everyday use. The app you have to install is a constant drain on your phone battery. The only feature I like is that I can read new incoming text messages easily. I wouldn't recommend this watch to anyone.

Unreliable health features
Liked the features...if it worked. Heart rate works fine and accurate. Number of steps as usual can be false if you move your arm. ECG conpletely unreliable as it appears it requires defribillation with multiple artifacts. If your looking at this product for this feature, look elsewhere. BP unreliable as it is 20mmhg off fda approved devices and double checked manually.Use this as a heart rate monitor, sleep, and steps if you want. Oh yes....it tells the time and its waterproof.5 stars as the product performancenis not the sellers fault. Refly is quick and responsive and resolved issues well and settled with a partial refund with me keeping the watch.

Inaccurate Readings
I have another watch that uses PPG technology and it is very inaccurate for HR and Blood Pressure readings. I bought this one because it had ECG technology. It does not get accurate readings that match my blood pressure cuff (very accurate). All ECG reading say "no abnormalities" even if you make them abnormal. All other features work as described. It appears that most of these wrist band type BP and HR watches do not provide accurate readings (at least this one is inaccurate).

watch is not transferring the data to cell phone after 2 days.
I got my first watch a week ago. This worked for 2 days. and after 2 days watch data is not being displayed on the cell phone. I contacted the customer support from Amazon. Amazon sent a second watch. This watch also worked fine for 2 days and I have the same issue again. my data from watch cannot be transferred to my cell phone. I un-installed and re-installed the App. I rebooted the watch multiple times. I installed new App. and re-registered with a new user account. Nothing is working. did anyone faced this issue? Any ideas? But I can measure my ECG on the watch but it is either not transferring data to the watch or not being displayed on the cell phone.

LOOKS ARE DECEIVING
Would not connect fully with the wear heart app. Instructions are unclear as to that connection. I followed every instruction and troubleshoot available. It did connect or Saud it connect with my Samsung but it never worked and then disconnect and I could not get it back.

Works!
All functions work as described. No issue connecting with app. BP not very accurate however it really is making a measurement. The diastolic is just a function of the systolic which is all the technology can actually measure.

Esthetically watch looks good.
The watch itself works great. tje accuracy hav a lot to be desired. BP reading usually off by 10 points. There are times I have to disconnect the watch and reconnect for it to sync with my phone. I understand the disclaimer, but again why promote the watch as if it can do those things accurately. As with many items the disclaimer trends to contradict the add or selling point. So I basically just use the watch for time, sleep monitoring and steps.
