Absolutely AMAZING!!!!
Right out of the box they're non-stick! Of course I washed them, but after that, holy cow! Believe the hype! I've never had a non-stick pan behave the way the commercials scam you into believing. These really do behave well!

Most woks out there are flimsy. This one in solid and heats very evenly and is easy to clean up.

Most used pan in kitchen
This pan covers every need I ever wanted in a pan/pot. Wish I’d had this item for the past 40 years of cooking. Would have simplified most all of my cooking needs. If you don’t have this item in your kitchen yet I highly recommend getting it. Seriously I highly recommend getting this item in your kitchen, you’d never regret it :)

My husband bought me my 1st one for Christmas. I loved it so much I have bought 3 more and am going to get rid of my other pans. There are definitely more of these in my buying future!!

Ceramic interior!
Love Blue Diamond with ceramic cooking surface! Still needs a bit of oil to keep food from sticking but the cooking surface is safe and holds up over time. I own several pieces, not a scratch inside after 6 months of use. This wok is a bit small, more like a deep sauce pan.

They chip and stick bad.
We eat bacon and eggs just about every morning. Everything slid out of the skillet at first. But eggs started sticking after a while. Have to scrape the skillet after frying bacon before starting the eggs. Must use a lot of bacon grease for frying eggs. Eggs still stick. Still have one of frying pans I've had for about 5 yrs. Use it over the Blue Diamond that I haven't had for a year yet. At least it doesn't stick as bad. The pans are chipping on edges from tapping utensils. They were a waste of money.

Sehr gute Pfanne, kochen macht jetzt richtig Spaß
Schöne Pfanne mit toller Beschichtung.Kam etwas verschmutzt an.Pfanne nach dem auswaschen erst mal mit Wasser kochen lassen. Roch unangenehm.Dann mit Öl getestet. Roch auch unangenehm. Aber dann hat sich das schnell gelegt.Das Öl läuft bei erster Verwendung an die äusseren Ränder. Es scheint erst einmal eine sehr starke Wölbung vorhanden zu sein. Siehe Foto. Aber, und das hat mich jetzt doch am meisten überrascht, es ist nicht relevant und das Manko scheint sich sogar komplett aufzulösen. Wir haben die besten Hähnchenflügel sowie Brustfilet aus der Pfanne bekommen. Mit dieser guten Leistung hätten wir nicht gerechnet. Nichts brennt an und trotzdem ist es schön goldbraun gebacken. Einfach toll. Die Bilder sprechen für sich. Die anschliessende Reinigung war so etwas von einfach. Kein Kratzen, kein Schaben, kein Abmühen, kein Einweichen nötig. Einfach toll.Nachtrag nach 1 Woche: die Männer streiten sich wegen der Pfanne um den Abwasch, weil es so einfach ist, die Pfanne sauber zu machen. Herrlich....... :-))) Was will man mehr als Frau...
