Hara-Kiri

The movie itself is worth watching: beautiful photography, intense acting, perfect direction even 3D-wise — though very slow (but so is the plot). I think I'll watch it again in a couple of months.One fatal flaw of the English 3D blu-ray edition (I don't know if this applies also to this German edition): apparently, there is no way to hide english subtitles, which are always active, and in a 3D movie is something I'd like to turn off to fully enjoy the illusion of tridimensionality.

Not as good as the 1962 original, but still hugely enjoyable.
