Bake Me A Wish! Limoncello Cake – Italian Style, Moist Yellow Cake, Creamy Lemon Filling & Powdered Sugar

I usually bake my husband a lemon cake for his birthday every year but was working a lot of overtime in May. While looking for a birthday gift, I stumbled upon this cake. OMG! This is as close to homemade as you can get. The texture and flavor are exquisite. This is going to be a new birthday tradition.

This is a must buy. The quality was perfect. The cake was delivered in excellent protection and temperature. It was also delivered a day sooner than promised. Everyone in the family was licking their lips for seconds. Awesome cake!

Truly delicious. Just like the picture. Lemon flavored but not overpowering.

I've been looking at this cake for about a year. So I decided, for thanksgiving I'd buy it for myself. Now I wish I'd bought myself something else. Very 'lemon' imitation tasting, with a imitation lemon after taste. Very disappointing.

I thought this cake was going to be like Olive Garden's Italian Creme Cake but it was not. It was more of Crumb Cake with a mild lemon flavor with floral undertones. My husband even tried it and thought the same thing. I was disappointed that it wasn't even close to what I was wanting

I finally found something better than chocolate this lemon cake everybody in the family agrees even though we love chocolate we can’t find a five star rated chocolate cake on Amazon so we tried this earlier this year. we bought our second one for another event we may end up buying one for Christmas as well

The cake was much smaller than anticipated by the picture. Esp for the amount of $. The filling looked as though it was at least an inch thick however the cake I got had very very little, less than 1/4 “. It needs more filling as the cake is dry. The only good part was the box it was delivered in. Very cute. Would not buy again as price is certainly not worth it.
