This book has it all, even an experienced Newfie owner can learn a trick or two, or maybe you're someone who's interested but would like to know what it takes and requires, or maybe you've recently gotten a puppy and doesn't know too much about newfies, but this is a complete guide and honestly, from someone owning a 2 year old Newfoundland, I really wish that I would've had this then.This is an awesome book, and if you're like newfies, GO AHEAD AND BUY THIS.Thanks for reading and please give this a helpful below

I was very disappointed in this book. First of all, it is not much more then a pamphlet-although it does have some cool pictures. I was in a hurry so I just saw that it had 4.5 out of 5 stars so I bought it without paying much attention. The book was $28 on amazon and is marked $8.99 on the back of the book🤨. Boy, do I hate to be gouged! Plus the information is very basic— nothing new to me. A waste of money!

Love the book lots of info on the breed we love our Newfi's

We recently got this when we got our Newfie puppy. We have Pyrenees and like these books because they are packed with all the basics that you need to know, not too much to loose your interest, but enough you remember it all. Our kids even like to read these because the pictures and the breakdown of basics.

I bought this book in addition to several others prior to getting my Newfoundland puppy. I loved the pictures and thought it was a good general reference on the breed. The chapter on grooming was especially helpful. The comment from another reviewer that the author lacked direct experience with the breed puzzled me since the last page indicated she had owned Newfoundlands for 25 years. If you are looking for in-depth information on training your Newf for rescue work or water trials then you should look for other resources. If you want a general reference on the breed, then you can't beat this one for the price!

Good information. First time having a newfoundland and need all the help I can get. He is 3 months old and huge.

I loved this book....easy to read with quick good references of all you need to know of Your Newfi. With lots of good advice, if your thinking of adding the amazing Newf to your family. Also the photos are wonderful photos, of all different types of the Newfoundland....Thanks to the author,...just great!!! Gracie Lou

Having owned a newfoundland and now looking for a new puppy - was quite interesting but was really looking for deeper information on everything in general.Was very basic.
