Nice Pitcher
This is exactly what I wanted to make a couple of big cups l, about 32 oz, of cold brew. The pitcher is glass that can take both hot and cold temperatures. The top is plastic but serves its purpose. It is easy to clean, the glass can go in the dishwasher. Plus it doesn’t take up a lot of space in my fridge. I use it regularly.

Sturdy Jug with Handle for Pouring Ease
This jug is the size I wanted to keep milk regridgerated. I did read the reviews on the jug and took note of one customer complaint that the lid was not spill proof. I made the purchase (in spite of the spilage factor), so I really cannot complain that that the lid is not tight - and on the first use I had milk on my counter top! Nevertheless, I am happy with the purchase. The jug fits nicely in my fridge, and the handle makes it easy to carry and to pour the contents from.

This is a well made liquid storage pitcher
A heavy glass pitcher that can stand up to being taken out of the fridge and into the microwave. We have a spare fridge in the garage and we fill this with milk that we keep there. Then we put this in the fridge located in the kitchen. Does a great job and is very easy to clean. Great for hot chocolate or other beverages that can be served either hot or cold.

How to avoid the drips + comparison with hermetic version and 68 oz version
This is a very nice, thick glass pitcher that feels very solid. Several reviewers mention dribbling / dripping. The trick is to a) take the lid all the way off before pouring and b) fill up to only an inch or two from the top rather that filling it completely full. I purchased three different Bormioli Rocco items at the same time; this one, the "Bormioli Rocco Frigoverre Jug with Hermetic Lid, 1 Liter" and the "Bormioli Rocco Frigoverre Glass Pitcher with Lid, 68 Ounce". Here’s some comparisons that might help others. In comparison with the Bormioli Rocco Frigoverre Jug with Hermetic Lid, 1 Liter The lids are where the differences lie - this one pops on and off very easily and twists to create a gap. (but, per above, I suggest you remove it rather than twist because the opening is not large enough for it to pour properly, so you get a mess if you use it.) The hermetic lid has to be removed completely to pour at all. To seal it, you place the lid on top, then twist the middle portion within the top of the lid to seal it. That lid does provide a very nice tight seal. This one is easier & quicker to use. That one is preferred where a strong seal is wanted. I like this one for water or juice, the other for left-over home-made hot cocoa. For some liquids, I will note you can get build-up on the lip that can dry outside the seal, so you might want to get a damp clean paper towel to give it a quick swipe before putting it away to avoid, er, gunk.) I'm not sure why this is listed as 41 oz and the 1 Liter Hermetic claims 39 oz because the glass portion appear to be identical in size and shape. The spouts are identical. The only difference is this glass has raised decorative lines and the other does not. In comparison with the 68 oz Bormioli Rocco Frigoverre Pitcher The 68 oz version is roughly two inches shorter than this pitcher. It is also about two inches larger width & breadth. The opening at the top is about an inch wider. This one has the same style hermetic lid as the other one, just with a larger diameter. Like the others, the glass feels thick and solid. Because it is so stout the center of gravity is low and if you were to push it at the very top, it would be more likely to slide than to fall over. The 68 oz is a better choice if you have less height in your shelf but the tradeoff is for crowded shelves it has a wider footprint. I'd rather have two of the taller 1-liter sizes on my top shelf because I get more height for about the same footprint and I can arrange that same footprint more flexiblly. While I haven’t done it, you could use this to store thicker liquids or even something like a chunky soup because the opening is wide enough for a serving spoon or a hand. (But as other reviewers have noted, you wouldn’t want to introduce large temperature differences as it isn’t tempered glass.) When full, this tends to be heavy enough you really need both hands to use it comfortably.

Great size and weight
I love my new glass pitcher for making my ice tea. I put a bunch of ice cubes in with the hot tea to dilute the strength of the tea (my preference). It does drip a bit from the spout if I pour too fast, but it is fine for me. It has heft, but it is not so heavy that it strains my hand. I love it. Easy to handle, wash and dry.

Does not leak like others say.
This glass bottle is thick, firm glass, comfortable to use, not heavy, and fits good in the refrigerator. I use it for water and if you pour it out delicately, it does not leak. I like the fact that my hands hurt and yet, I find it easy to handle. I will buy more.

drips all over the place
Leaks everywhere while pouring drinks and the jug lid doesn't have a seal. I would be ok with no proper seal, but the whole leaking and dripping ice tea all over the counter and floor is awful. Wish I could return it, can't recommend

It’s great so long as you don’t need a full lid seal
This is a beautiful pitcher I purchased to store our homemade coffee creamer in. It’s great because it is a square-ish shape, meaning it fits in the fridge better than a round jug, and the glass is heavy at an appropriate weight. There’s no residue or weird taste like some of the other brands I’ve purchased. It’s a good value overall. My only gripe that is causing me to drop to three stars is that the seal is weird. For something that doesn’t regularly need shaken, it’s fine. However, if you’re putting something like creamer in it, it’s difficult to shake a bottle and it not spray out all over. The seal is not airtight by any means and won’t prevent spills if tipped over. We’re keeping it because it’s fine, but I would go with a slightly different one in hindsight

I love this and use it all the time. I had a similar one I found at a thrift store. Great for home made almond milk, or to steep tea. This one has a lid which is a lovely bonus

It's very light and easy to hold and pour. I use it to refill my Keurig, it's the perfect size. It also looks really nice and was a good price.

I love this glass jug however the lids not spill proof not that it claims it is it would just be a nice feature. The other thing is that there is a hard to reach spot in the handle difficult to clean because it’s a small dip in the glass

This pitcher is attractive, sturdy, and fits nicely in the fridge. However, the spout is not designed very well; When pouring, it drips and makes a mess.
