I needed a set of replacement charcoal baskets for my Weber Performer grill, since the original baskets were frequently popping apart if I tried to move them a bit on the bottom grate, spilling hot coals all over the place. I noticed these replacements and decided to give them a try over the standard Weber baskets, and am I ever glad I did. There's simply no comparison on quality -- the stainless steel in these baskets is both thicker and stiffer than the thin steel used in the Webers, making for a much higher quality product. In terms of size, they are indeed the same size as my original Weber baskets although they initially seem to be smaller, but that's only because the relatively thin metal in the Webers has bowed those baskets outward over time. Excellent product -- glad I bought them.

Bought for my OK Joe Table top smoker. I only had to cut 1 1/2in from each side & half. Works great and a perfect fit. High quality steel & no prob's!

The Weber Master Touch that I bought didn't come with any charcoal baskets. I ordered these, but upon arrival noticed they were just way too small.Overall, the quality is really great! I can't say how well they hold up, but I can imagine it would be just fine. I just thought the size was too small.

This is more or less a review to address some other reviews and questions about the size of this basket compared to the original that comes with the Weber grill. This is based on my purchase in March 2019, so this is the "New Larger Design" version.You can see from the picture I have attached that the length is identical, and I hope you can tell that the way the ruler lies flat that they are also exactly the same height.Using the ruler, the original measures 1/4 inch wider at the widest point, but this basket is several years old and you can see it is clearly deformed by use in other ways, so it is possible that extra 1/4" is due to deformation.The build quality of these replacements appears to be excellent and I look forward to using them.Hope this clarification on the size helps some future potential buyer.Grill on!

These should last a long time for me, and I love to barbecue. They would be easy to clean, but I've had a reason to clean any charcoal baskets, and I've had a few. Creating a "cooler zone" is easy, and they are not difficult to dump your coal in the middle if you need heat for searing.

Can save a lot of charcoal for small meals/dishes.

These do work, there’s a little thin material, they’re just a little small size when using a 22 inch kettle
