The filters that I have just received are old. I’ve been using Santevia filters for years now and these are clearly ancient. Not only is the packaging dated and dirty but the filters have an excess of black dust. The secondary filter also seems to only have the ceramic beads and not the mineral blend. I’ve waited two weeks for the filters to arrive so am not pleased.

Takes a bit of effort to replace filters but they sure work well. Tap water tastes much cleaner.

Good price for a 3 pk. I also liked that they are now recyclable. I have never saw that they can be emptied and the outer shell put in recycling. And bonus that they are made in Canada.

I truly love the SANTEVIA brand and so does everyone in my household. Thanks for an amazing product.

The only con is the overprice for these filters. They never go on sale unfortunately.
