Amazing for better quality sleep
This is the most effective supplement i've ever taken. I found my sleep improved 10x after taking this for several days. The first few days it didn't seem to do anything, but towards the end of the first week I noticed my sleep quality improved dramatically. I feel so much more rested when taking this.

Groggy experience
Helps with sleep for the most part but have discontinued taking it because it makes me so groggy and sleepy the next day. Will go back to a different 5htp product that doesn’t do that and is cheaper. Expensive and non returnable.
