hello, what are the dimensions? length?

Hello hd, I am at work but approx. 1.5 IN. wide and 12 IN in length. Buy a buoy to tie on the string in case you drop it in the drink. I used this last week smallie fishing in Sturgeon Bay, WI and it worked out great...love it. Pricey but worth it.

I fish for Northern Pike which rotate and spin. Does the Boga rotate or does it hold the fish in a fixed position?

I gave it to my son as a gift so I don't have it to check. I think it will twist in your hand but the head is fixed so hold on if the pike are a twisting! I think the reason for the wrist strap/cord is to afix the Boga to your wrist in case the fish wiggle it out of your grip or twist so you don't lose the fish or the Boga! The Boga will hold on to the fish, you just need to hold on to the Boga. It too much money to see it go to the bottom of the lake.

Any holster for this grip??
