Hi..i just ordered one and steam coming out is too cold. Shouldn't it be warm?Is it normal or defective product

Nebulizer will give cold or room temperature mist only. For hot steam, pls take a steam vaporizer. Nebulizer will covert medicine respule or water to mist for inhaling and improve respiration.
