We used these in Australia and New Zealand and they worked exactly as they should. They fit in the wall tightly unlike some other adapters I've used in the past. It's nice and compact for travel too.

These worked perfect on our trip... I had other brands with the changeable plug configurations, but these were great two outlets and two USB ports. As long as what your plugging into the outlets supports both 110/220 volts your good to go. Most laptop power packs will... and if you want to make sure just look at the small print for voltage. the USB ports are fine you can just plug your cable in and start charging your devices. The only thing I wish this device did was retract the prongs to slim it down a bit. but this is just fine in my laptop bag. and my luggage. Important to know this WILL NOT convert power output... it will only change the configuration to US standard outlet.

This converter worked like a charm in New Zealand and the USB ports are really handy. The only issue is that it’s too wide to share a double outlet with anything else. That may be intentional to avoid overload but I didn’t see anything in the documentation to that effect.

This is great if you travel down under. If you travel a lot, you know overseas hotels don’t have a lot of outlets in their hotels, so this is pretty handy for electronics! It is NOT a converter so make sure your items are dual voltage ( other than phones, tablets etc that are- talking curling irons etc)

Going from the US to NZ? Take one of these. Works exactly as you need it to. No issues. Essential for the trip.

Bought couple different brands and models of charger adapters and ended up using this one only. Fast charge in both USB and cube ports. It's a little heavy for carrying around all day. An ounce here an ounce there and the backpack is 20#. But, reliable and fast so... worth it. Will look for this brand in single port size. We each wanted the charger chord on our own side of t bed or had diff rooms so having multi ports wasn't used during our travels. No issues in both New Zealand and Australia. Quality product.
