I just got it and it’s not working

Love this. I researched several of these and this is the best design for me, small and compact and it's incredibly easy to use. Also the price can't be beat. Fast ship and steams for 10 to 12 minutes. I timed it. Comes with a cover for the opening, which is helpful and they don't all have one. I use this once or twice a week in the winter because my skin gets dry. Then I wash, exfoliate and moisturize. Makes a huge difference. Highly recommended.

I just bought this device today and it's not working. My order was delayed by 3 days. This is unacceptable. On Amazon it shows YAOSUN Nano Ionic Facial Steamer but nowhere on the steamer does it say Nano. I'm very disappointed.
