Pros: The Jacket looks well made. The fit is just as described on Grundens' sizing chart. If you want more room for movement and layering, I strongly suggest you go up a size or two.Cons: Snaps are used to close the jacket and there is no zipper feature. Thankfully, most of the snaps are installed through a double layer of the jacket's material. If you fish in a saltwater environment, the snaps may need some care from time to time. Using a Q-tip to apply a very light coating of a suitable barrier should keep them in good order.

Well designed except for hood. I am adding metal snaps at cuffs for better closure and resizing hood for a better fit. Overall, very pleased with this brand!

This rain jacket is almost bullet proof its so thick. Very heavy seams and thick rubber material. Its not a summer rain jacket, you will sweat off a few pounds If you wear it in warm weather. This rain jacket is built for cold windy sleet/snow all the cold sloppy weather you can find and it will keep you warm and dry. I also bought the matching pants and good waterproof winter boots to go with the jacket. With worm clothes underneath, there is no weather conditions this suit cant handle. I bought my suit slightly larger to put a sweatshirt and heavy pants underneath and it is unstoppable in the worst weather. I work outdoors 12-14 hrs a day in the north woods of wisconsin year round and this setup is my suit of armor in the woods.

This is a nice quality jacket. I had tried on a similar jacket in the store (same brand, little diff style) in a Men’s small and it was way too big. I wanted it to fit slightly bigger so a sweater could be worn under it. So I ordered an x-small and it wasn’t going to cut it. Reordered jacket in Men’s small and it fits much better. More room for a sweater. Great jacket .......especially if ur walking ur dog and u get caught in the rain! Like the color too....... white!PS........FYI....... no pockets. Would luv it more if it had pockets. Still a keeper.

My actual size is what was called med. tall or long. This fits like instead of large it is bigger than med. but a baby large. but more important to me than a little tight thru the shoulders there are NO POCKETS !!! I bought this and the bibs for fishing and even tho I have them in a couple of places on my boat, I like to carry a sharp knife and a pair of needle nose pliers on me where they are rite at hand. So now, great rain wear, but I am having a hard time being happy 'cause not sure how to make this all work

Grundens never disappoints. I’ve work in construction and fished my whole life. Grundens is second to none. I’m 6’4” 319 lbs. got 4XL and it fits perfectly with a tee shirt and hoodie underneath. It’s storm button flap helps stop any water from entering around the buttons. It’s a no frills rain jacket. When worn with my Hercules bibs I’m truly waterproof. Continues to be my only go to for roam gear. If you want to stay dry, buy it.

This is a very good coat for rain and wind. I ordered a XL at 5'8" and 145 lbs it fits exceptionally well with a sweatshirt or hoodie underneath.
