Broke after 11 months.
Fitted my door lock in November 2021 as I'd just moved into a new property and wanted to make sure the previous owners didn't have access.Door lock worked fine until recently when I woke up to realise I couldn't go to work as I was unable to lock my door.Key will only go half way in. Tried all 3 keys. No joy.I've sprayed with WD40 and left to soak. No joy.I've checked my CCTV for that night and no one sabotaged the lock.It simply just failed.

Rock solid but....
Product arrived as expected, well built and rock solid. However, couldn't engage the locking screw on the cylinder as it appears to be unilateral only. Thus, the thumbturn would be on the external face of the door rather than the inside. Weird as my other ERA cylinders are all bilateral allowing me to screw it on either end. Might be a manufacturer fault hence a star for the product, not the seller.
