Do you still have access to fuses?

Yes, you can still access your fuses. There is a set of decals that come with this cover and you choose the one that matches your fuse pattern and stick it on the new cover. This fits my crosstrek perfectly. My only complaint is that there isn't much room in the tray but; that can't be helped.
