No, they are made in china, and they also won't fit into a regular size binder. The holes match but the folders stick out over the top and bottom. I then purchased the STEMSFX Heavy Duty Plastic, Hole Punched, Asst. Colors ones, but they too are probably made in China. I don't have the packaging any more. Either way, they are nice. Hope that helps
