The media could not be loaded.  Finally a heater that keeps me warm. I needed one badly due to imprudent landlord that is cheap. This heater blows really hot air and keeps my room cozy. The remote is easy to understand and control.This heater even has swing feature!It has safety feature. If tipped over it will automatically shut off.It can also be timed.

We have a basement, no heating, I decided to try this heater. It has a timed and rocking body function, is very convenient to use, and is very satisfied with the warmth of our basement. ...the children quickly noticed the difference It takes about 30 minutes to heat the room, but once completed, our basement will be more comfortable. One suggestion is that I have to let it run in the garage for a few days to avoid the "new" smell burning. This is not terrible, but it is worth noting. After a while, the smell completely disappeared.

BUYER BEWARE1)No user instructions. A booklet just has a diagram of what the buttons say. Temp is listed only in Celsius. On/off button doesn’t immediately turn the unit off and no status indicator tells you it’s turning off so you just keep pushing the button thinking it’s not working. Then the unit keeps running while a countdown in the display is shown and it blows cool air. I’m not happy I paid $80+ for this.2) After wondering why this thing has about a 90% recommend rating, I re-read the reviews and now I think they’re bogus. Each one has the same kind of verbiage and grammar that rings false, like written by someone who doesn’t know English well.3) Read the Q&A and the same few people “answer” the questions, each with one or two word responses and often an “I don’t know”4) Googled Wiland PTC Heater MDL BHN2020R and NOT ONE HIT. Never have had that happen before.The whole thing seems less than legitimate. After writing all this I’ve convinced myself I need to return it because I’m worried it may not be safe.

I bought this heater to heat a small office space. It had very good ratings so I thought it might be a good fit. When it arrived the packaging stated that this unit should only be used occasionally (WHAT does that mean? Once a day, once an hour, once a week?) I tried to check the user manual which turned out to be useless. (Sparse and vague information regarding the unit’s operation and confusing information on how the remote control worked.) When I attempted to use the remote control it didn’t work at all so I tried to address the issue by consulting to the aforementioned manual. The diagram didn't match the controller and the explanation for “fixing” it was indecipherable. I never could take it apart according to their instructions. After a few hours of frustration I contacted the “Wiland” “company” through Amazon with my concerns. This is what I got back.“I am sorry that the product not meet your Expectation， due the negligence of the quality inspector and the damage during the logistics process, one of which has two，You needn't return it, just accept it,we want to refund you 10$ that you can buy a battery , is that ok ?Sorry for the inconvenience. “Well, in fact, no, that is not OK. And what the hell are you taking about?On to further adventures. This thing has 2 ON/OFF switches, one on the back and one on the top. The back one is the main power switch. The top one does something else like regulate the temperature (move it up and down?) But this function is confusing as you would expect OFF/ON to be just that. Instead the digital output displays a bunch of numbers that I am sure mean something but for the life of me I don’t know what, and none of this is explained in the useless “User Manual”.Another annoyance for those of us using the Fahrenheit scale is that this thing only displays the temperature in Celsius.After a few more hours of frustration with this thing I attempted to find the “company” (Wiland) website. The only place I was directed to was back to their page on Amazon for the same heater I had just purchased. There seems not to be a Wiland company website and as such there is no website information in the user manual and no other contact information even though they direct a customer to contact a service center if problems are encountered. I found this to be highly suspicious so I went back and read a bunch of the reviews and I have to say many of them seem to be written in the same voice. Many are 5 stars with a vague, short paean to the product. A couple of them praised the “wind” coming from the unit. Others thought it was a cute design. REALLY! THAT’S A REVIEW? These reviewers were listed as “verified buyers” but they honestly felt like bots. I truly believe there is something fishy going on with this product/company so dear reader. AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!

I got this for my Aunt. She loves it. Her baseboard heater in her bedroom was broken, and this was a lifesaver for her. For the price, it was well worth it. The materials are sturdy, and it heats a room nice and easy. We love how this heater comes with a safety tip which if moved or tipped over, the unit will shut off immediately. We super like how the heater can rotate on its stand to provide a more even heat and avoid concentrated heat in only one spot. It also has an overhead indicator and will turn off if it gets too hot. There's even a remote control so you don't have to get out of bed at night, just point the remote, press the button and it‘s on! Super convenient! Happy with my purchase! Would very much recommend this heater for anyone wanting or needing to add extra warmth into their homes.

I recently purchased this space electric heater in preparation for the cold. I brought a different one last year and it didn’t worked as expected so I decided to give a different one a try. I tried it for a couple days throughoutseveral weeks and I am impressed with this heater.It generated a very warm cozy heat, enough for my large living room. It doesn’t makes any noise or light which doesn’t distract me. The temperature doesn’t fluctuate and produces stable heat. It rotates well and comes with a remote control, which is great for when I’m lazy to adjust the setting in the comfort of my couch.It does pretty sleek and blends well in the corner of the living room. So far, I don’t regret this purchase!

This heater will easily warm a small space. It does oscillate which helps to heat a room quickly and it comes with both low and high heat settings. One of my favorite features of this heater is that it has the current temperature on the front so that you will know when you can stop heating the room before you even feel it. I would highly recommend this heater to anyone.
