Used it on salad, like the taste

I also reviewed their slightly lower tier vinegar and I would recommend it over this because this is very sweet and fruity and I think it's more limited in it use. I didn't take a star off because of my own palette preference, but rather for the cost. I think there are a lot of good vinegar options at a lower price point. But if you want this intensely sweet balsamic flavor, this will certainly foot the bill.
