Very good quality. Happy with my purchase.
Quite solid. Couldn’t decide between a short or the long version so I went with the long version. I think it gives you better range of motion with tricep pull downs. I also use it for cable crunches.

LONGER IS BETTER
I got the 36" rope and it is excellent! Caught a promo and paid under 10 bucks! WELL worth it and I would buy it for the 16 Bucks I see it for now! Longer is better and safer for several exercises so look into it and learn so you know too.

Good, but inconsistent quality
I purchased two of these ropes, and the plastic looks slightly different between them. One of the ropes is soft and very nice, but the other is much stiffer and does not bend as easily, and feels worse to use.

Mostly does what I need it to
I got the 36" black... both me and my teen use it. Although, I think for me I need the 24". It's kinda long. It works and I can do what I need to, I just think the 24" would be more comfortable for me. It's very sturdy and well put together. My son loves it. He has a longer wingspan, so not an issue for him.
