How long is the cable between the two headphones?

Not sure about the exact length but it fits my medium Shoei Qwest helmet just fine with a little room to spare. Talking about cable going from left speaker wrapped around back of helmet to right speaker.

Following the instructions to turn off auto-answer isn’t working. How do I disable auto-answer?

I've tried per the instructions and cannot get mine to switch to manual answering. I press the + and - buttons prior to pairing, prior to connecting, I tried a momentary press and a long press...nothing works. It's frustrating because there's no tone or indication so how does one know if they're doing it correctly? Have you figured it out yet?
