Adults in the family have been using it for one month. We like that there are no caffeine-based stimulants, so there is no rush/crash effect. It's a well-structured nutritional supplement. Focus and stable energy levels are the biggest benefits for me. We're more than happy to use pharmaceuticals when needed. So I actually don’t feel that much from this, but, the unplug ones work so well that I figure these deserve the same rating. Which sounds nonsense but the science is there and it’s got lots of good stuff and nothing that gives me the jitters. Also taste / pill swallow rating is a ridiculous thing to review. It’s two regular coated pills. Tis what it is. It’s my third purchase, if that says anything. But not in a row (just coz it’s still a pretty penny). I’d say they were about as helpful as this review...

I've been using for a couple of weeks now. These do not work, it's easier and cheaper to have a coffee.

I use it all the time. Great for the focus and just overall good mood. I don’t need to drink as much coffee as I use to. And the fact that this is full of nutritions makes me love this product even more!

Have used these for a week now along side UNPLUG. After a great nights sleep and using POWER UP I have more energy and feel motivated to start my day. Will priotise both products in my budget during these difficult times.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. I don’t normally write many reviews but this supplement has made a difference to my energy levels from day one and I haven’t felt lethargic at all since taking it. Would highly recommend to anyone who has been feeling tired or lethargic during the day.
