Yes, it holds 6 or 7 spare leads within the pencil. It does not auto-feed, you must click the button at top of pencil to advance the lead.

Is the special pencil lead included in the model?

Yes, I believe it is included only 2 HB lead (default). You should buy a pack of special lead if you want to use it longer.

Is the pencil plastic

Yes, it is a plastic pen. Mine is the 'pink' model and has a dark pink colored plastic body.
