I bought this based on the great reviews as an emergency to hide my grey roots for an important, last minute in-person event at my job. I took a leap of faith and ordered it so I could use the time I had before the meeting to prepare to give a presentation instead of dyeing my hair, which is a process. I was nervous that it wouldn't work but it was a lifesaver! Pro tip: I recommend using it to hide your roots before you do your makeup especially on the hairline and temples. I did have some splatter of the product on my face since I used it as the last step. I just took a Q-tip and carefully removed it but you definitely want to avoid this. It dries super fast with no tacky feel. Afterward, it doesn't rub off if you touch your hair. If you spray too much on your scalp, stay calm, and use a fine-toothed comb to break it up for a natural look. Also recommend combing it through your hair to break up the product to prevent fallout and to see if there are areas of grey you missed. The color was a very natural match to my hair and to Clairol's Root Touch Up color in dark brown just for reference. The price is great also. I will see how long a bottle lasts. Concerned if it does contain butane or aerosol which is bad for the environment. But this is a game changer for me since it's the first time I used a root touch up in spray form. I typically only use the powder versions but can be a process to apply when your hair is really grown out like mine was. Highly recommend!

i love this stuff!!! i have black hair and my roots grow out in 1 week so it's not practical for me to dye my roots every week!! instead, i use this spray and it literally covers my roots easily with just a few sprays!! it's great. it does spray on your scalp and color it a little also, which might be nice if your hair is thinning. if i get some overspray onto my face i IMMEDIATELY use a makeup wipe to get it off without an issue. the can runs out quick but it's still cheaper than getting my hair dyed so i always keep this on hand.

I have been using this TRESemmé root touch up spray for a few days now and it has been very helpful between salon visits. Tresemme root touch up is one of the best touch up sprays I have ever bought. It's not sticky and heavy.

Pro - Has more product than other brands - Will cover gray (fyi I have sporadically dispersed gray not full coverage areas yet) - Doesn’t come off if I’m touching/ fixing my hair lightly Negative - Color light brown has a good amount of red in it, I thought I’d be okay as I’m light auburn brown naturally but it was still obvious if I sprayed a medium to full amount.. aka: not lightly - I go to the gym daily and this will rub off on my headphones Overall it’s a temporary fix, that’s the point right Wouldn’t buy again due to color

Bought it only because I had an event randomly come up and was in need of a hair appointment to cover my grey hair but have no time. I bought it and prayed it wouldn’t be horrible, I was so happily surprised! It covers great and no drip or stain. Would definitely recommend this if you need a quick fix!

Hard to believe this amazing product has no toxic ingredients. I have tried crayons and powders and had never seen this. I have dark brown hair with gray and have been trying to find something that colors hair that is non-toxic. Nothing except henna which doesn't last long. Using this spray allows me to wait so much longer in between coloring it again. It actually doesn't all seem to wash out in one wash, which is fine. It does a fabulous job hiding my grey roots and you hardly have to use any. We'll see how long the can lasts. I've been using it about a month. Highly recommend for ease of use and effectiveness. I don't normally buy aerosol, but it's only one product in over 20 years that's aerosol for me.

I was longing for the product, thinking that it could cover my greys. But was utterly disappointed with it. It just does not color hair strands. It can only color tissue paper brown. The product is imported and costly. I must say it's a total waste of money.
