The seller was so kind to reply to questions about installation, which turned out to be really easy - since I purchased a E27 floor fixture I had to only purchase a E27 to E39 adapter and screw it on. No need for anything else, I'm not an electrician so this is fully user friendly.Brightness is great, room of about 30 square meters got so much light as if the sun is directly shining through the window, which is also strange since this is from the side of the western window which doesn't get this kind of bright light.It hums a bit, this must be the built in fan, but for example TV which was turned on and set to low volume didn't need readjustment to be audible.I'm curious what the electricity bill at the end of the month will be like, but as far as disruption of other electrical devices goes my fears where unfounded - there was not a glitch when I turned it on.I can't assess longevity yet, but the main reason why I bought it - to light up a otherwise big room which is always slightly dark is justified. I used an app to measure before and after against a wall that gets reflected light and if it is to be trusted lux values jumped from about 20 to 200.

Replaced 1000 watt MH with these bulbs and the customer is very happy with their performance so far.

I had a similar bulb from a different company that failed in 6 months. I think bugs go inside and stopped the fan from cooling the bulb which cause premature failure. I paid close attention to the reviews for the bulb. This bulb had all 5 star positive reviews. The bulb is a little brighter than my old bulb but about the same size and weight.I hope it holds up for the 50,000 hours it says it will last. This bulb is connected to a dust to dawn light so it will only be used for 10 hours a day or less.I will update my review if anything changes. So far so good.
