working perfectly, no audio or video quality lost, plus point is it comes with remote and IR cable, even USB power cable is included (just cable not adaptor you can use your mobile power adaptor if you need extra power, but i don't think it needs extra power cause mine working without any external power it draws power from HDMI itself) so over all excellent device if you need extra HDMI connection for your TV, attached power cable pic so others may get help what power cable it comes with

Product works great. Now using it to switch between my PC and laptop (tried on both Linux mint and Windows 10).Minor cons:-1. Their remote could have been better, it doesn't work well in long range, even though I sit near the table if the remote is not exactly facing the IR receiver, it won't work.2. Some of the ports may be little tight, as seen on image, the IR plug and one HDMI plug is half outside.3. Another minor issue I faced was, my Windows 10 Home laptop could not change the resolution or use custom text size, while I was able to change resolution on windows 10 Pro PC, and Linux mint laptop. Not sure if it's laptop windows driver or what's causing this.

First of all this is a 'Made in China' product. Quality is not that good but solves the purpose. There are only 2 cables included (just a usb cable without any power adapter and IR sensor). The power cable does not even fit properly so I am not sure if it powers up the device or not. However the switch works without having a need of external power supply. I have tested switching to different HDMI input by manually pressing the button in the main unit and by using the small remote control given. It works in both the ways. I have tried playing a HD video through my chromecast which is one of the input connected. There is no compromise on the quality when connected via this switch. After seeing the product, the price seems little too high (not worth for 550 bucks) but since it solves the purpose i think we can accept.

Not working...Don't know ...Product is not working...no power lights after connecting full set up...is power cable defective or switch....even didn't get any correct contact no. from amazon customer service...plz. help me to solve this issue.

why I bought this Product, for that it's working great, but two things disappointed me.1. Product box was not sealed, it's completely in open state.2. Remote completely dead, even I checked with the new battery.but am not going to return the product, since I tried more than three products, none of them are worked, and this product completely satisfied my need.

Doesn't work at all. Don't waste your time and money on this.
