The leggings really do the job. I sweat a lot inside and it does not move at all. I love to wear when I go to the gym and do yoga or other classes and it does not move at all. The only downside is you get cold very quick when you’d wear so think about getting change at the gym especially during winter. Otherwise is good and does not smell and does not make any noise like other sauna legging. It’s very thin.
