It works for energy

I like green tea, but don't want to drink a pot a day to get the amount of EGCG that I'm going for. Dollar for dollar, I think these capsules are a good deal.

I did the calculations between 10 different brands of green tea supplements in the Amazon store and these turned out to be the cheapest per milligram of green tea extract.Ten is obviously just a minuscule sample of the plethora of products available, and this could change, but for now, I've found a brand I like.Definitely has caffeine in it. Take five with no caffeine tolerance and you will feel it. As for the other effects... I don't know, it's a green tea supplement, it feels healthier than coffee, and is undoubtedly healthier than soda, but beyond that, what can I say?

I have swelling in my legs and feet. After about 3 days my swelling went down. I stopped using them for a month and the selling came back. I start using them again and the swelling is gone. I make hot tea with and sometimes I swallow them!!!

I’ve been using green tea pills for many benefits for years . I can’t find these at my usual store and it was a good deal . They’re easy to swallow .

It seem to slug off the intestines after meals. Slow cleaning, slightly smelly poop. Bathroom twice a day versus once. But not diarrhea. But read of people having liver damage from over use or with high doses especially under 18. So now it reads adults only. Also in Canada they had many incidents and a family of a 17 year old wants stronger warnings on the label. So don’t try to take over the recommended dose and pay attention to liver symptoms. I changed to taking only one daily.
