I bought this machine so I could try and replicate the frozen Dr. Pepper from McDonald’s, and it works AMAZING!! I did a lot of research before buying since they aren’t exactly cheap, but this to me is worth every penny! First off there are a few tips to know that are super helpful to ensure your icee experience goes smooth. Freeze the middle canister for a minimum of 15-30 mins and chill your drink of choice before trying to make anything otherwise it’s going to take way longer to make and since the machine is a tad bit noisy I try to do what I can to cut back on the run time. Next would be make sure whatever you are trying to icee that it is high in sugar or it will NOT WORK. It’s honestly super easy to use and personally I have loved trying all different kinds of “icee” flavors aka soda, don’t bother buying the syrups unless it’s something you really want. Soda and high sugar drinks are what I have found work best and keeps it on the budget friendly side. Lastly it’s really easy to clean!! The lid comes off completely and the middle removes as well! Hopefully this helps!

I was disappointed at unboxing and it was down hill from there. The entire unit is cheap plastic including the blades intended for ice crushing, it did not work and requires hours of preparation to enjoy something nothing like a slushee. I am sure any response will be to inform me of end user error, defend all you want...any human will immediately regret this purchase and still not have a slushee or icee to drink. Total waste of money and I am aghast they charged as much as they did for this POS. I am not even gonna buy this brand at gas stations any more as I literally have a bad taste in mouth from this purchase.

Used it twice now. Made regular black cherry slushies and coffee frappes they came out great. We make our own ice cream so We used rock salt have to say DONT USE ROCK SALT, it binds it up. Use table or kosher salt. The second run of frappes (coffee syrup and 2% milk) came out better than Starbucks. We did end up increasing the syrup to 7 oz instead of 5 oz for both runs. It goes quick. Watch it like a hawk after 10 min because its one of those nothing, nothing, nothing, holy cow we got slushies!!! Make sure to keep the ice topped off and you're golden. Prep is key though make sure everything is cold when you start. Kids are on missions now to find wacky flavors to prank friends when we get out of lockdown. 🤫 the noise isn't any louder than a hand mixer or regular ice cream machine but if it gets loud it meant something was wrong (rock salt binding it up in our case)

This clever gimmick spends 99% of its time sitting in the corner. It's designed well, looks entertaining on the counter, and does work once you figure out the process. But it takes a long time for it to work, and despite the apparent size of the upper container, yields very little slush per process. Leave slush making to the gas stations, where you can buy A LOT of slush for what this device costs.

This little ICEE is a decent little machine that will make a nice summer treat. You will need to follow the instructions exactly to make it produce a slushy/slurry drink. My original ice container had a tiny hole at its base. This caused the ice/salt mixture to leak into syrup. However, the companies customer service team immediately shipped me a replacement part and I received it in 3 days. Awesome customer service. One of the best I have seen on Amazon The only drawback is the instructions are hard to read due to small print size and a bit disorganized. The instructions could be improved by segmenting the aspects of the machines such as: Part 1 Assembly. Part 2 Operating Instructions Part 3 Troubleshooting. And so on. Overall, a decent little machine if you take you time to follow instructions and be patient with the results

Grandson’s love Icees This was the perfect gift. We did have to get directions off of YouTube because there were none in the box so it made it a little challenging, but they did turn out great.

I bought this item for my daughter for her 10th bday. I bought it in January and wrapped it but her bday wasn't until today (in March). We opened it and followed all the directions. Once we went to turn it on nothing happened. My husband opened it up and found that the whole motor is disconnected and gears and wires are floating loosely with gear grease everywhere. It is not connectable or repairable. Where wires should be, they are not. She is in tears and I am passed my return window with a hefty financial loss and a sad birthday girl. There is nowhere anywhere for me to contact the seller, not even in my original order confirmation email. I am very displeased and upset at the moment. This item was broken completely before it even had an address label on it!

Was able to make a few subpar slushies from this machine. The process is way too time consuming and the machine itself is rickety. Stored it for the winter in my pantry. Pulled it out for the warmer season and now the lid doesn't even fit! It some how shrunk!? The dispenser portion is difficult to clean and contained mold when I pulled it from storage despite washing before and after storing. 2 stars because I did get a couple of slushies out of it which made my kid happy. Just not worth your time and money. Go to 711.

Got the slushy machine and it doesn’t look like the photo, it’s an entirely different model. Unfortunately, it came and it was broken, the center piece inside the drum that was supposed to be attached was cracked at the bottom and this machine didn’t freeze at all even when following instructions to the letter.
