1920s Mens Gatsby Gangster Vest Costume Accessories Set Fedora Hat

Everything looked good at first glance. Hat was nice, just needed some ironing. Vest looks good at first. Then I realized the left shoulder wasn’t sewn correctly. Inner portion was sewn tighter than the outer portion, causing the shoulder part to wrinkle and you can’t just it. The picture shows the pocket watch inside the pocket. All pockets are fake. They’re just for show so you can’t even use the pocket watch.

Fantastic outfit for a fun night. I should have ironed or steamed the vest, but ran short on time. Btw, the pocket watch ACTUALLY works! The pocket watch isn't fake like I was expecting! I trashed the fake cigar for a real pipe! Great value package, but I do wish there were more colors to choose from!

We were not sure what we’d get but the purchase really met and even exceeded expectations. My husband received lots of compliments for this costume.The colors matched my dress perfectly. The size and fit of the vest was perfect, and the fabric is very nice and feels good. It had only a few folding lines that were easy to iron.The hat came on the plastic mold, which kept it in perfect shape. Didn’t need any ironing or steaming like other sellers of similar item suggest for their “comes folded” hats. The only downside for the hat- it was a tiny bit (one size) too large. It would be nice if listings had options to choose sizes.The bowtie looks and feels good, was easy to adjust. The clock and chain are okay as the costume accessory. Would be nice to see more of the clock face through the lid opening. Other than that- very cute. We decided to wear it outside, not inside the pocket, so that people could see it. What’s the sense of having a cute watch if nobody sees it?!Final word- we’re very happy with this purchase and hope it’ll serve us for several more parties.

The quality of the vest and accessories was higher than expected. The hat was a bit flimsy and came all folded up. It was too difficult to get the creases out. Needed to send it back bc the hat was the main item needed for the costume. The vest was a bit long compared to others of the same size. Husband is 5’7” and it was almost 5 inches below his waist.

The quality of the items was not bad for the price. Pretty much as expected. Unfortunately the vest was too big. We ordered a S and a M. The M was about a size too big but we made it work. The S however, was even larger than the M! Since we could not use, neither of us had costumes for our event.

This set worked great for the Gatsby Gala that we attended. My husband wears a medium in shirts and the medium vest fit well. The hat was flat and needed to be steamed to get the creases out. The cigar has a strong chemical smell that was pretty awful and I don’t want that being inhaled by anyone in the family so I threw it out. The pocket watch is a great touch. All in all I’d say this is inexpensive and creates the look desired. It’s not high quality, but I didn’t expect it to be at this price and the vest was worn under a nice suit so there was no focus on the quality of the material. I recommend it for fun costume needs

I was surprised that a white shirt was not included. But, paired with a white shirt and suit I already owned, the outfit looked great. It won me a costume contest at a Gatsby Murder Mystery

My husband and I went to a Roaring Twenties party. He and I wore complimentary colors. He looked quite dapper! We won a placement for Best Dressed. Initially, he did not want to get dressed in the themed attire at all. When he did and got all the positive attention, he was glad he did. It was a lot of fun. We had a great night!

Not sure if to buy or not, but very pleased I did. The quality was spot on and sizing was as described. Would recommend

El chaleco no es del color que se ve en la foto y no combina al 100% con el sombrero, viene mas grande de lo que esperaba, ese es el motivo de darle 3 estrellas, siendo que es para una fiesta temática creo que esta bien pero sin decir nada más.
