Can i use a 2 male to 1 male to connect it to my receiver? i have a yamaha rx-v381 (1 subwoofer output)

You only need a cable with a single male RCA connector on each end connecting from one of that receiver's mono sub outputs to the Left/LFE input on the back of the subwoofer. *The other RCA connection on the subwoofer is for receivers that do not have the mono sub output like your receiver has. Your receiver has two sub outputs in order to provide you with another connection for an additional subwoofer, but they are exactly the same signal
