So glad I shopped around & took my time. This is everything I hoped for. The temperatures are incremental. It is not one of those devices that you wish had 1/2 settings. I have found no 6 to be the setting that I most use. I put a towel over mine & the heat transfers nicely. The fabric is manmade, but feels very luxurious & thick. You cannot feel the heating elements underneath you. It fits my massage table very well. The cord length is sufficient. A friend has now ordered one too. It does fold up small enough to not be annoying. I think this is a game changer. Very happy. I hope it last a long time. I will return to add to my feedback in the future.

This is really soft and cosy. It fits my couch well. I would have given it 5 stars if it had a velcro strap in the middle as it does slip a little on the couch, but its great for the winter months. You can change the temperature and put it on a timer.

Plugged this in. LED lit up. Left it to heat up and when I came back the pad was still cold and LED saying E3. No instructions for this fault in paperwork.Trying to contact seller. No luck yet.

The hottest setting I would say would be a 3 as in temperature. My clients barely felt the heat, very disappointed in this product as it is so comfortable and soft but does not give off enough heat whatsoever sadly.

The media could not be loaded.  This is beautiful. It really is. When I opened the box I immediately loved it. I put it on the couch and it looked amazing. I put a cover on top to protect it and tried it for an hour. That’s when I realised my arms had zero coverage and heat doesn’t build up like a regular blanket, so that any warmth doesn’t spread. I loved the plush feel though. That was amazing, but I wanted arms and feet to be warm and around 6 inches either side and the bottom, means it just didn’t do it.I didn’t see the body only thing in the listing. I like to feel the warmth through the cover for a client to get on the cosy bed. This one seems to work with body heat after they are on the bed. Even on the highest setting, after an hour, the only warm thing was the actual bed under the warming pad.Probably ok for small beds at about 60 cms wide as the wires might go closer to the edge and not leave big very cold spots. It does slip around a bit as the elastic can’t be tightened, but that’s fine with a cover on top.On the control, the time setting was strange. When you try to increase the time, the plus button doesn’t work, until you press the minus button and go from 9 to 1, then it’s possible to increase the time as it should be worked. Mine didn’t heat up fast or evenly. Maybe I just got one that was faulty.I wanted to love this. I really did. It’s so plush. I even thought about keeping it but adding a heated foot pad and heated throw on top, then realised that was ridiculous. If the wires went closer to the edge at the sides, I would have kept it. I’m sad to send it back, but it doesn’t keep arms and feet warm on my couch as the heat doesn’t seem to radiate.The instructions are very clear on the pad won’t be warm to the touch until someone lies or sits on it. Wish the listing had said that, as I wouldn’t have tried it.

Well, my clients tell me this is amazing, and given the cold weather it has certainly been useful.I've had it on my large therapy couch for a good month or so know and my clients love it.I'm a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist and during the trance my clients have said how comfortable it makes them feel and how lovely it is to get on a warm couch.Reasonably priced for such a useful and welcoming peice of kit.

Thick fleecy massage cover will add luxury to my treatment room during winter.

Quality was very poor unlike described. It does not warm equally from all places and very low heat effect! And stopped working after the first use!!
