This knife is so sharp it is hard to believe. It holds an edge very well and it doesn't really need sharpening, but it sharpens very easily on a leather sharpener belt or a sharpener steel stick. The handle fits my hand perfectly. It is by far the best knife we own. It even cuts through a loaf of bread without smashing it. Just be careful!!! It is sharp enough to shave!

With our large family I cook a lot of dinners at home. I decided to start treating myself to better knives so that’s I could look forward to the task a little more. This knife was an EXCELLENT choice! Fantastic precision, durable, the sharpener helps me keep it ready to slice though atoms at all times. My prep has gotten so much faster from having a high quality tool. I hope to have the full set one day, but this piece was a great starter knife. Very versatile, durable, and utilitarian. All while being beautiful to look at and a cinch to clean. Highly recommend!

It came on time as expected and the paring knife is like what was advertised. It's pretty sharp, if ur seeking the ultimate edge I'm sure u can get an awesome one from this but not something that is so sharp it will cut the fabric of space/time. you have to dry it well so it doesn't rust and its well balanced. It also looks really cool. I think it was as good of a buy as I could get for the money, there are way better knives out there but they cost alot and need way more upkeep. This one I won't lose sleep over since it's so cheap for the quality.

Outta box the knife looks good and feels good in the hand. Had to put 2 stars because I cant use it yet. The edge of the blade was rolled and completely dull as in run your finger down the blade, it wasnt sharp. I'll finish the review after i sharpen it.

Honestly it's a beautiful knife that comes sharpened tone razors edge. I haven't used it enough to see if it stays sharp but it includes a decent cheap sharpener. If youre like me and don't invest a lot of care into your knives, and this need a cheaper servicable and pretty knife, this will work well for you and stay beautiful and be useful for a long time! Heavier than you'd think too, which is a good thing.

I bought this as a gift for my chef brother. I loved it so much, I kept the first one and ordered him another. It is super sharp in performance and looks.i would say, unless you are a professional chef with your own restaurant, you don’t need anything more that this.

Used this knife to cut fruit, 2 weeks later it's already dull. Much better luck with a ceramic knife for 1/2 the price from Target. What a waste of money this was. Don't buy!

The knife is super sharp and we couldn't ask for more. This is a real deal knife. And that layers is real not fake. Because some other knife is just printed not real layers like this one. Hopefully it's help other buyer to distinguish the difference.Trust this seller.Thank you
