Iron Out IO65N 5 Lbs Iron Out

My son is a martial arts student, and unfortunately, we have high iron content in our water supply. This product is the only thing that I have found to launder his white karate uniform and keep it white. He uses his uniform frequently - several times per week, so professional dry cleaning is not feasible that often. I add 1/2 cup of the Iron out to warm water as the washer is filling, and let it dissolve. Then I add the whites, and let it soak before adding a little detergent and letting the cycle complete the washing.

I use this product to clean pleated well-water filters. I just put about 1/2 cup into a 3 gallon pail of water and dip the filter a few times and all the iron and rust are gone. Be sure to rinse well with plain water before reusing.
