I bought these and expected a slow shipment since they need to be customized. The delivery date came and went and sadly did not receive my order. I really wanted it. I reached out to the seller and they were extremely nice and professional and were able to get me my order under 10 days from when I reached out to them. When I received my order I was beyond pleased with my bracelets. They're beautiful and exactly what I wanted. If you're thinking about getting them do it. I promise you will not regret it.

I didn't consider the sizes being different as I had not read the description, which is completely my fault. I wanted my man to have the pink one with my name and how he feels about me because my favorite color is pink. He wore it anyway and advised it pinches. I know the black is for men, but just be aware of that.The measurement flaw is my fault since I didn't read the description, so I left it at full stars.

Worn for a few months now and they haven’t tarnished or anything yet. Takes a little bit to adjust them manually but fits well once a few links were removed.

Bracelets came in a cute little box, quick delivery and very pretty. At first glance I thought it might be a little small but the sizing was perfect.

I spent about three hours searching Amazon to find a product like this. Not only is it customizable, but it is also cute! I got a matching set for my boyfriend and me for our 6 month anniversary because he moved to a different state and we wanted something that would remind us of each other. The writing on it is very durable and doesn't scratch off or get dirty like some other bracelets on Amazon have issues with. The jewels on the side of it are nicely colored without being too flashy (in case your S/O isn't into flashy or eye-catching jewelry). When sitting correctly on your wrist it fits perfectly and isn't too noticeable weight-wise. The only downsides are as follows:-Eventually the finish on the part of the bracelet that faces out gets scratched (though the words are still readable and I am not too bothered by how it looks because you only notice the scratches at certain angles under lights)-The size of the bracelet is significantly bigger than both mine and my boyfriend's wrists and they slide around a lot (once again, it doesn't bother either of us because we have watches that we put under the bracelets and they don't move around much after that). There is probably a way to adjust the size of the chain to better fit around your wrist, but we haven't really seen the need.-The edges of the rectangular customizable piece can be sharp and I have cut my leg (not deeply) a few times on accidentConclusion: If you want a cute and fairly durable bracelet that can be customized, this is the bracelet you need! It is cute, lasts a long time, and your S/O will LOVE it! There are a few things to look out for, though, such as sizing of wrist (if you have smaller wrists I wouldn't suggest getting this unless you plan to also wear a watch on the same wrist) and the sharp edges (which possibly can be filed down if need be).

I got this as a gift for my fiance now husband and I on our wedding day. The engraving was just as I requested. It shipped very fast and they look really nice on us.3 months later: still beautiful, I showered a few times and forgot to take it off an it has not faded a bit. I wear this everyday. I love these bracelets. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had low hopes for this product to be honest, since it came all the way from China and I was worried about paying duties and stuff since I’m from Canada. It came almost a month before it was supposed to, no duties, and was exactly how I ordered it! I had somewhat of a complicated request, and they did everything I asked for perfectly. It was easy to message them and they replied within half of a day. Super happy with these bracelets for my boyfriend and I!!
