The media could not be loaded.  Wow, the weight is the first thing you notice when you take it out of the box. It has a real quality feel to it. As you can see from the pictures it felt most natural using my thumb to punch the numbers in - just like holding a phone. Honestly, I was a bit worried about the size of the numbers but they are very defined and well raised so its easy to feel your way over the numbers and just push one button at a time. If you are still worried about the keypad - TL115 model is a different style but the numbers are more spaced. The keypad is back lit when touched and a bonus is that it glows in the dark too!! It comes with a comprehensive 31 page manual (all English) which is only that long because it handily takes you through everything you need to know, step-by-step, making it really easy to setup and use. The App, once installed, is also scarily easy to use! It also has a range of about 8m for the Bluetooth so you can open the door from afar for someone else if you need to. Also I like the way you can put the lock on passive mode for when you are going in and out repeatedly. In the video you will see I am entering the Admin mode and pushing 6 to turn the sound on the keys back on - a handy little feature. This is then followed by me keying in the code to unlock it and you can hear the latch open. Only downside - batteries not included! But I can live with that! A quality product in my books.

Great as a hi tech lock, easy to use with the keyboard, great looking.APP has bluetooth issues - took a lot of retries to bind lock into app, logging in takes time, so unlocking via app isn't appealing though possible.Might be easily forced by squeezing the external handle - it might be crack open in silence and a dozen of seconds, like any door lock with this way of opening. I'd expect to have all the unlocking mechanism on the internal side to keep it safe, but it's placed on the outside while on the inside there is the battery holder.

I wouldn't bother buying this lock. I put it on a gate and it stopped working within 2 weeks after raining. I opened it up to find water in it. I then dried it out in a bag of rice and it was good again and installed rain guards above it to protect from the weather. However after a few months it stopped working again. In addition I bought a similar version from the same manufacturer while I was having these problems (the one without the key override). That one didn't work from the box (it worked 1 out of 10 times due to dodgy electrics not connecting properly. So overall, it seems like there is a common theme of bad electrics. I sent that one back and got a refund and used the original one that had now dried out only to have problems later on. Shame, as it looks quite sturdy from the box and boasts good features.

I was very pleased with the lock which I used on my new shed. The only problem was my door was thicker than 50mm,therefore the bolt and screws were not long enough. I made the door frame out of 2x2 with shiplap on the face and 12mm osb board on the inside. I had to make a hole the size of the handle base plate and sink it the depth of the shiplap and osb board and the screws were then long enough. This was OK for a shed. Most doors are not more than 45mm anyway. Good lock very pleased.

Lock was fitted earlier this year to an outside gate (very, very good product) but unfortunately malfunctioned due to extremely bad weather. The supplier responded magnificently.....very helpful and efficient....and sorted it out for me. Can't recommend highly enough, both the product and the seller!

Unfortunately, one of the buttons has fallen off in less than 3 months. Comes with a 12 month warranty, but can't see a way to contact the manufacturers via Amazon
