It fit!
I have ordered multiple fittings to try and adapt my 30lb R134a tank to my 1/4in SAE fitting on my new gauges. THIS ONE WORKED. I don’t understand why the others didn’t fit but doesn’t matter anymore. If your goal is to adapt a 30lb R134a tank to your Service/Utility/Charging hose with a 1/4 SAE fitting then you found the right fitting here. Quality seems fine

You may have to use thread sealing on them they will tend to vibrate and work themselves loose and leak on vacuum motor equipment

Use both ports of your vacuum pump’s manifold
After trying a couple other brands that didn’t fit or screw on to the 1/2” acme male connector on my pump, I found this connector which lends itself as an inexpensive alternative to Yellow Jacket’s 19165 adapter. Now I can use both ports of my vacuum pump’s manifold.
