I love this book!
For the past few years I've been reading books on the origins of man and how our reality has been controlled through a low frequency of vibration with fear and war and negativity...at first it was hard for me to stomach being a Christian and learning through out life that we were the only ones in the Universe...but now my mind has been opened and realize there so much we don't know...and it's impossible to go back to what I once thought to be the truth....

Read this book no matter what!!
If you've ever asked our purpose or even think you know already, this book is a must read. You know those things in life that you reflect on afterwards and think, I can't believe I wasn't interested.... this book will be one of them. No doubt!

Very interesting and seems to be well researched.
This is a subject I've been interested in for a few years with minimal research. I appreciate the time and effort Matthew has put into writing this book in order to share his vast knowledge of the subject.

Enlightening and engaging
What a wonderful book! Truly enlightening on the history of us and what we could become. So glad I read this book. It will definitely be on my list to read again and again.

An Important Book
I found this book thoughtful and compelling. I had been studying the Sumerian texts for a while and I’m intrigued by Mr. LaCroix’s analysis. I particularly liked his pause in requesting an open mind and his thoughtfulness concerning those who have a deep belief in religious dogmas and doctrines. This book can make you stop and think “ah”. Easy read and thought provoking.

"...an A.D.D. sufferer's worst nightmare wrapped in pseudo-scholastic trappings."
A well written yet extremely incongruous work that, while full of interesting information regarding the principle subject matter, takes the reader in what can only be described as an A.D.D. sufferer's worst nightmare wrapped in pseudo-scholastic trappings. It is made painfully clear from the first charter that while the author may very well know what he knows in the areas of Paleo-Archeology, Ancient Alien Theory and, perhaps (being generous here) the collective ascension of human consciousness ; if we are to take this book as exemplary than it must be said that the author is either severely lacking or severely delusional regarding even a very elementary understanding of actual history.Couple this with the continuous promises of evidence further into the book only to be delivered a hodgepodge of the writer's assertions and implications strung-together with the over use of the word "may" to form a kaleidoscope of hypotheses, from the apparently practical to the utterly fantastic, woven together to present the reader/listener ( yes, I bought both the printed and audio books - to use in tandem) with no viable conclusion other than the feeling of "WTH did I just read/listen to and why?"Again, there is a lot of very interesting information in this book but the chaotic presentation makes you feel like it would be better as several different books each focusing on a single subject. And I would love for someone to explain to me just how "beings of higher spiritual consciousness can, simultaneously, behave in such mundane and primal ways as wanting "dominance" over others or being absolutely fine with creating slaves through genetic manipulation.Needless to say, I'll be returning this book.

If you like this genre, read Graham Handcock
There was some scientific fact in here and some interesting hypotheses but the author kept saying he’d provide evidence later, then never did. A lot of unsubstantiated assertions but few facts and some quite outrageous claims thrown in. Entertaining, though.

Really good read and worth the money.
Really good book. I absolutely love it and I think it is worth every penny. Matthew got some good points and vision. Buy the book, you will not regret it, I promise.

A good review of the history of planet Earth
While some of these ideas can be found in similar books about our history, this book is a good primer for those who want to know more.Whilst the story is well presented, the author sometimes jumps around too many ideas on the same page.Recommended reading for those still trapped in the third dimension.

Matt really has excelled himself in this amazing book. I couldn't put it down.

Must read
One of the greatest books. The author has done an outstanding job decoding the hidden timeline in order while referring to concrete evidence throughout. Even the most skeptical minds will find their perceptions of reality shattered after reading this book.
