SUN BRAND Madras Curry Powder, 4 OZ (pack of 2)

I love curry powder and will curry anything that sits still long enough. Curried chicken salad, curried roasted fruit, curried vegetables... and I rely on this brand. It is the perfect curry powder blend...warm, slightly sweet and complex. It's getting harder to find in stores, so I have purchased other brands and they end up being thrown out.

If you like curry but don't like "HOT"...this yellow, mild very flavorful curry is for you.

I will never runt it out!

It is very flavorful without being hot/spicy. I make chicken curry with it frequently and my family loves it!

We’ve been using Sun Brand Madras curry powder for about 25 years now. It was first recommended by a British friend, who taught us much of what we know about Indian cooking. He said if you _must_ use a prepared curry powder, this is the one. While we’ve occasionally tried other brands over the years, we always come back to Sun Brand. It is invariably fresh, and has a lovely depth of flavor that other curry powders do not. IMHO, this is the best!

I was so happy to find this available on Amazon! I used to but it years ago at local grocery store but they stopped carrying it. This is hands down the best Madaras Curry powder on the market!

Fresh tastes great

It seems like the flavor has been changed. I’ve been ordering these for years!! LOVE this curry powder… but this last time the flavor seems different. It’s ok but not as good as before.
