How would i change 220v to 110v? i set the 2 prong plug at the back of machine to 110v. what should i do at the front?

Since you plan to use your appliances (200V-240V) in the United States, please make sure to select 110V from the Input Voltage Selector on the back of the ROCKSTONE POWER Voltage Converter Transformer (The factory default setting is on 240V). Plug the power cord into the U.S. wall/power outlet and switch on the Voltage Converter Transformer without plugging in any appliances. The Power Source indicator red light will turn on. Then, plug your appliance's plug into the 220V output outlet located on the front panel (please use a plug adapter if needed) and switch on your appliance.

What is the output Hz?

so if I use a double ended bulb 1200w 90 hz it will work perfectly too ??

How to install fuses?

The fuse holder is on the back of the transformer (above the power cord), please loosen the screw with a screwdriver to replace the fuse if needed. (Package includes 2pcs spare fuses). Please make sure that the fuse and/or the fuse holder is tightened securely when replaced.

Can this work with 220Watts wet grinder purchased from India?

220 watts is probably the running current of the wet grinder... the start up current may be higher. I would try the 1000 watt unit. And you can exchange it if it has trouble with start up for the 2000 watt model which should have more than enough capacity.
