Great For Insomnia!
I am a post menopausal woman and was experiencing horrible insomnia. I had tried several different natural sleep aids and still had difficulty. My Naturopath recommended that I begin taking these, stating that I would see a difference the first night. I definitely have. I take 2 capsules about 30 minutes before I want to settle in. I'm sleeping so well. I'm not groggy in the least but feel refreshed and satisfied! I have recommended them to all of my friends as we are all at the age of experiencing problems with insomnia. I highly recommend this product.

I've been really pleased with this.
I am using this to help me sleep. It's working and I only need to take half the dose. I have no side effects and my sleep quality has improved.

Im finally sleeping through the night.
My holistic practitioner recommended this for me. It has made a huge difference in my sleep. I am 62 and have had many years of intense stress. She tested my hormones and my cortisol was very high at night. It caused me to have trouble falling asleep and then once I did, I would wake up between 3:00 & 4:00 am. After taking Cortisol Manager 3 nights, I was falling asleep quickly and sleeping through the night. Have now been on it for 2-1/2 months and still sleeping through the night. Wonderful supplement!

Amazing! Started feeling refreshed after 1 use. After about 2 weeks I noticed that I have more energy and calm.

Helps me sleep
I started taking these at night to help me sleep. At first, I wasn't noticing too much of a difference but then when I stopped taking them, I could not fall asleep. When I started taking them again, I started falling asleep quickly. I wish they were a little cheaper but they're worth it.
